By accessing or using oodhwe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of oodhwe.
oodhwe is a personal assistant Android app that helps you manage household finances, subscriptions, important dates, notes, medicines, loans, payments, and trips. The Service is operated by oodhwe (www.oodhwe.in).
You must create an account to use oodhwe. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials (including any in-app PIN or biometric lock) confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content, design, and software comprising the oodhwe app is owned by oodhwe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, decompile, or create derivative works of the app without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app. By using the Service, you grant oodhwe a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to keep oodhwe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend cloud sync or notifications for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Core app features remain usable offline since your data is stored locally on your device.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. oodhwe does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, oodhwe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss of data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
