By installing or using AI Prompt Manager ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required to consent in your country if higher. The app is provided by oodhwe ("we", "our", "us").
The app does not run, call or connect to any AI service, and it does not generate AI responses. It only prepares and moves text that you provide.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its bundled prompt content, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or get around the limits of the free version. You may use the prompts you create and the bundled prompts for your own personal and business work.
You own the prompts, notes and files you add. You are responsible for what you save and for having the right to use it. Do not use the app to store or share anything unlawful. When you share prompts or Prompt Packs with others, you are responsible for that content.
The app has a free version, a one-time Pro upgrade and optional premium Prompt Packs. Which features belong to each can change over time, but a feature you have already paid for will not be removed from you. Your saved content is never deleted when features change, and anything you created with Pro stays readable and exportable. Premium pack content is licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed.
Your library is stored on your phone, and we cannot recover it. You are responsible for backing it up. We are not responsible for data lost through uninstalling, a lost or broken phone, a forgotten backup password, or a lost backup file. See the AI Prompt Manager Privacy Policy.
Prompts you create are meant to be used with other apps and services of your choice. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, costs and output, which we do not control. The app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI provider. Product names such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini belong to their owners and are used only to describe where prompts can be pasted.
AI services can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate results. The bundled prompts are general starting points and are not professional, legal, medical, financial or career advice. Check any AI output before relying on it, and do not include confidential information in prompts unless you are comfortable with how the receiving service handles it.
The app, its name, design, text, bundled prompts and artwork belong to oodhwe or its licensors. Your own content remains yours. Other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or results arising from the use of AI services or of text prepared by the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country, including consumer-protection rights.
We may update or discontinue the app, or update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows when. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
Our handling of information is described in the AI Prompt Manager Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of oodhwe have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
