Orbiva Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Orbiva ("the app") is an Android app for timing fasts and logging water. The app is built by oodhwe ("we", "our", "us"). Questions? Contact us at support@oodhwe.in.

2. The Short Version

• Your fasting and water data stays on your phone. We run no servers for the app.
• There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins.
• There are no ads, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• The app does not request internet access. Paid-plan purchases are handled by Google Play.
• We do not collect, receive or sell your personal information.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following only on your device:

• Fasting records: start, end and goal times, the fast length you chose, and any edits you make.
• Water logs: the time and amount of each entry, and your daily target.
• Settings: units, notification choices, theme, quick-add amounts and language.
• A note that you have seen the safety notice, and whether your Pro plan is active.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We cannot see the data above. Uninstalling the app removes it from your phone, subject to the backup options in section 6. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising ID, device identifiers or usage statistics.

5. Permissions

The app does not request internet, location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage permissions.

• Notifications: optional, to remind you when your fasting goal time passes or to log water. Reminders are created and shown on your phone.
• Run at startup: so reminders you have set are rebuilt after your phone restarts.

6. Backups and Export

• Android backup: if backup is turned on in your Android settings, Android may keep a copy of your fasting and water records in your Google account, or move them to a new phone. Google and your device settings control this, not us. Your Pro status is not included; it is checked again with Google Play.
• Backup file and CSV export: the app can save your records to a file you choose. These files are not encrypted and contain your fasting and water history. You decide where to save or share them.

7. Subscriptions and Google Play

If you choose the optional Orbiva Pro subscription, the purchase is processed by Google Play. Google may process your payment and account details under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The app only learns from Google Play, on your phone, whether a subscription is active. We do not receive your payment details or identity.

8. Health Information

Orbiva is a habit-tracking tool and not a medical device. It gives no medical advice. Because your records stay on your phone and are not sent to us, we do not hold or process your health information. Please keep any exported files secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can remove all app data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, email support@oodhwe.in.

10. Children

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
