By installing or using EcoSpark Diwali ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is a virtual, smoke-free celebration toy. It simulates crackers on screen with sound and vibration. It does not create real fire, sparks or explosions.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law or an open-source licence allows it.
Sparks are in-app points with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold or transferred. Progress is stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
You are responsible for the name, greeting and photos you add and for what you share. Do not include content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or that infringes anyone's rights, and only use photos you have the right to use. We do not receive or review the greetings you create.
The app contains flashing lights, sudden sounds and vibration. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or motion, use the "Reduce motion" setting or avoid the app. Take care not to use the app while walking, driving or in other situations that need your attention.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oodhwe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
